Your Peace of Mind Is Important

Inviting a caregiver into your home is a big step, and we understand and appreciate the high level of trust involved in this decision. All of our caregivers are thoroughly screened and undergo an interview process to assess their personality, skill, and passion for service. All Home & About caregivers must pass a criminal background check, reference checks, and fingerprint screenings. In addition, we also run a Washington State Department of Health-approved vocational school for CNA training and often hire caregivers from within this program, which means we are able to select the cream of the crop of caregivers and have a deeper understanding of each caregiver’s work ethic and dedication. For your added protection and security, all our caregivers are fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
